Herbal Remedies. In the days when healthcare was unheard of, most people would rely on cures they made themselves from ingredients to be found in their vicinity. We came across an interesting little book that would probably have been in quite a few homes containing cures for most ailments, the ingredients used for these cures would have been freely available at the time, whether or not they worked is of course open to debate. Naturally we don’t recommend you try them.
